Keep listings honest, current, and respectful.

By posting, you confirm that you have permission to share the listing and contact information, and that you are not posting as a broker.

Do

• State the real monthly rent and known deposit.
• Describe the actual room and facilities.
• Post only as an owner, current tenant, property manager, or another person who has permission to share the room.
• Mark the room rented promptly.
• Use photos you are allowed to publish.

Do not

• Use Khoj to advertise brokerage services or collect commission or brokerage fees from room seekers.
• Request advance payment before a legitimate viewing and agreement.
• Copy another person’s listing or photos.
• Post private documents or unrelated contact data.
• Publish abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Flood the service with duplicate listings.

Khoj may hide or remove content and block contacts when needed to protect the service and its users. The platform does not guarantee a property, transaction, poster identity, or successful room search.
